Wild Bill's Soda is seeking a highly motivated and creative Event Manager to join our team. The person in this role will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for planning and executing memorable events that showcase our unique soda flavors, engage consumers, and drive brand awareness. As the Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating immersive experiences that leave a lasting impact on our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Execute a variety of events, including product launches.

Ensure seamless execution of events and on-site management.

Develop and implement creative promotional strategies to maximize event visibility.

Acquire an in-depth understanding of Wild Bill's Soda flavors and product offerings.

Effectively communicate product features and benefits to event attendees.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure events align with overall business strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors.

Foster positive relationships with clients and consumers through engaging and memorable events.

Gather feedback to continuously enhance the Wild Bill's Soda event experience.

Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for events.

Adhere to local regulations and safety standards.

Analyze event success based on predetermined key performance indicators.

Provide insights and recommendations for future events.

Qualifications:

Strong managerial experience.

Customer service skills.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Must have a clean driving record and it is essential to be able to drive a 24’ trailer attached to a pickup truck.

Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register.

Capability to work extended shifts of up to 12 hours while on foot.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work at least 10 events per year, with the opportunity to work more as required.

Availability for events spanning from Thursday to Sunday, inclusive of packing up the trailer Wednesday and reloading storage units Monday.

Willingness to travel is essential, as events may necessitate overnight stays. (Travel expenses, per diem, and lodging will be covered.)

These tasks are labor-intensive and involve:

  • Actively standing, walking, and bending during event preparations.
  • Lifting objects of varying weights to support setup requirements. (Up to 50lbs.)
  • Working around heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Performing tasks in diverse climates to accommodate outdoor events.
