We are looking for a reliable company driver to assist with all transportation related duties. Responsibilities include dropping off and picking up staff in a professional manner representing the company, picking up and dropping off packages to include providing errands to the executive team and maintaining a travel log to record work hours, travel-time and locations traveled to. This position requires discretion, honesty, and integrity.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Practice safe driving habits.
• Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards.
• Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions.
• Open vehicle doors and assist passengers.
• Load cargo and baggage.
• Keep exterior of vehicle clean and presentable.
• Keep interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter.
• Maintain vehicle equipment; bring vehicle in for maintenance as needed.
• Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed.
• Load and unload vehicle.
• Collect payments, document amount, and offer receipts when necessary.
• Complete documentation such as logs, mileage, or cargo and passenger reports.
• Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion.
• Help the finance team in filing and storing records.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or knowledge, skills, and mental ability, equivalent to 2 years of high school education.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.
• Physically able to lift up and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Previous professional experience driving preferred; training may be provided.
• Ability to work night, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism.
• Able to work well alone or with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills.
