This role will be responsible for the buying side of things... That means relaying offers for Wilco Land to land owners/Sellers and managing our land purchasing pipeline. This role is similar to a sales role. You will talk to people around the country who own land, provide offers, negotiate and build a deal pipeline! The goal is to communicate efficiently with our Sellers, develop relationships to represent Wilco Land, and ultimately, acquire property for Wilco.

Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required. Experience in sales is a plus, but not required.

Job description

• Make and receive calls, text, and emails during business hours (9/10am CST - 5/6pm CST)
• Communicate offers to purchase property to Sellers and bring Seller feedback to your manager/owner
• Build relationships and manage a deal pipeline
• Perform follow ups and manage relationships with Sellers

Qualifications and requirements

• Experience in real estate & sales is preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• Ideal candidates must possess an above average ability to communicate with poise and diplomacy
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Be a self-starter with the ability to set and complete goals and tasks in a timely manner
• 1 year of inside sales, sales, or customer service experience (experience on the phone)
• Computer knowledge with the ability to multi-task and change assignments or priorities on short notice
• We use Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
