Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay type: $17.25-$20.25hr.

If we don’t have it in our 250,000 parts computerized inventory system, we can locate it and have it delivered to you in 24 hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Locates parts/merchandise and pulls from inventory demonstrating an understanding of the Hollander parts numbering system and warehouse locations according to customer work orders or sales invoices.
• Audits automotive parts/merchandise to order specifications.
• Verifies part condition and damage against order using ARA damage locators as it relates to inspecting merchandise and maintaining quality control.
• Manages inventory efficiently and effectively by placing merchandise in an organized and understandable manner, verifying quality when parts are put into inventory, and ensuring tags are visible.
• Prepares parts/merchandise for storage and/or shipment using proper bagging, tagging, wrapping, and packaging to prevent damage.
• Effectively communicates and resolves any discrepancies from the customer’s order specifications.
• Continuously audits inventory using our state-of-the-art software and resolves any discrepancies.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry. 

Certificates and Licenses:

• Forklift certification. Training and certification available.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. For heavier merchandise lifting devices and/or assistance is required.
