- Oversee all functions of Accounting including A/R, A/P, Payroll, Inventory, financial statement creation
- Lead and develop Accounting Team
- Manage tax and all other matters of tax compliance
- Support forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting cycle
- Identify and lead Accounting process improvement initiatives
- Support internal and external audit work
- Develop policies and procedures
- Oversee Human Resources and Benefit Administration
- BA in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred but not required
- 5-7 years experience in Corporate Accounting
- Experience in a leadership position
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Google programs
