DescriptionThere are three main departments in the casket manufacturing process.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time. The employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The noise level in the work environment is high. Required PPE for all positions are supplied by the Company. Positions include repetitive work.

Position Requirements

About the Organization Wilbert Funeral Services Inc. is a concrete manufacturer and service provider to the funeral service, building trades and agricultural market places. Manufactured products include burial vaults, monuments, septic tanks, retaining walls, storm shelters and miscellaneous agricultural precast products. Our operations include manufacturing plants and warehouses in 20 states.

- Stamping: The primary function of this department is to stamp the parts for the metal burial caskets using different types of presses depending on the part that is needed.
- Assembly: The primary function of this department is to weld and grind the stamped parts of the metal burial caskets.
- Finish: The primary function of this department is to install the finishing parts of the metal burial caskets. This includes, but not limited to, bed, mattress, fabric coverings, hardware, panels, etc.
