Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our claims recovery team. Our full-time in-office collectors start at $18.20 an hour ($19.20 if Bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission. Our training team intentionally builds up great collectors through teachings, hands on training, engaging games, side-by-sides, and so much more! We also offer many different benefits and perks that support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
