Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our Great Place to Work Certified office in Bloomington, Illinois! We are looking for an individual who can speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish to join our Accounts Receivable team. Our ideal Bilingual Collector shows initiative and good judgement, works well in a fast-paced professional environment, is adaptable to change, and has strong communication skills. We appreciate call center, customer service or collections experience, but it is not a requirement. However, a high school diploma or GED is required.

Your responsibilities as a Bilingual Collector are to answer and place calls, negotiate payments, update/validate contact information, provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers. Our training team intentionally builds up great collectors, through teachings, hands-on training, engaging games, side-by-sides, and so much more! The starting base pay is $19.20 an hour plus uncapped commissions.
