Wilber Group is Hiring an Entry Level - Bilingual Claims Recovery Near Newark, OH

Our Entry Level Bilingual Collectors start at $19.20 an hour PLUS uncapped commission!

Wilber is excited to welcome new members to our accounts receivable team! Our ideal Bilingual Collector candidate can multi-task in a fast-paced call center environment, has strong organizational skills, and is able to read, speak and write fluently in Spanish.

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Responsibility:

Take/place calls to customers/debtors.
Maintain office policies and procedures.
Update/ validate contact information.
Manage day-to-day office operations.

NOT NEEDED but apply if you have the following experiences:

Customer service
Sales
Accounts receivable
Collections
Call center
Insurance claims
