• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather demand forecasts.

• Analyzing historical sales data and market trends to generate accurate supply forecasts.
• Adjusting forecasts based on changes in demand, supply, or market conditions.
• Evaluating the accuracy of forecasts and continuously improving forecasting processes.
• Reporting on key supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
• Assisting in inventory optimization efforts to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

• Supporting new product launches and promotions with accurate supply forecasts.

• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate decision-making across various departments within the organization.

• Must have a strong working knowledge with computers, email, and office productivity software suites.
• High degree of numeracy and analysis.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of inventory models, forecasting methods, and inventory control procedures; database management skills; spreadsheet analysis skills; understand logistics operations and inventory flows; understand inventory/accounting relationships.
