Wihebrink Landscape Management, Inc. located in Warsaw, IN is accepting resumes for the position of a Bi-Lingual Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader/Foreman. We are a great place to work that currently provides employment to over 20 Full Time Year Round staff and 3-5 Seasonal Part Time staff.

In 2025, WLM will be participating in recruiting seasonal staff members through the governmental labor program H2b. We anticipate adding 3-4 new seasonal positions on our Landscape Maintenance Crew with new staff from Guatemala. We are in need of an individual with a background in the landscape industry that has the skill set to communicate in Spanish to lead a crew.

We are looking for an individual who not only possesses the skills to maintenance beautiful landscapes and maintain beautiful properties but also the skills to lead a crew that can perform landscape maintenance services on time and budget. Other skills for this position include:

· Planning of daily activities for multiple service locations

· Communications skills to inform crew of daily production goals

· Communication with office staff and Department Manager

· Delegate job duties to appropriate skilled crew member

· Ability to organize, plan and execute to meet budget hours
