Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Director to lead our team. As an Early Childhood Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children and their families. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and form partnerships within our community. We are looking for an optimistic and motivated Director who is willing to build their leadership qualities to oversee operations for our childcare center.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all teaching staff and maintain compliance with CO licensing rules and regulations

- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children

- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, family, and team member

- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

- Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education

- Assess and monitor children's progress, keeping accurate records

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment

- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain compliance with state standards

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)

- Higher education teaching experience (preferred)

- Director certificate or eligibility to receive certification within 30 days of hire

- Experience working with young students in an educational setting

- Familiarity with CO state licensing rules and regulations

- Passion for educating and nurturing young children

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

- Familiarity with education administration processes

Pay: $2,307.00 - $2,400.00 per month
