Job Summary:

As the Fleet Partner Program Manager at Wiers, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance our service offerings and expand our market presence. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships that drive profitable growth and promote customer success.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Identification and Acquisition: Identify potential fleet partners and vendors that align with our business objectives and target market segments. Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new partners effectively.
  2. Relationship Management: Maintain and grow collaborative relationships with existing and prospective partners while ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations. Develop reporting and business reviews that promote program value and help Fleet Partners improve their fleet and business performance.
  3. Program Development: Design and implement partner programs and initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and gross margin generation. Develop customized solutions and incentives that improve partner participation and performance.
  4. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze success metrics and KPIs to continuously assess the effectiveness of partner programs and initiatives. Identify areas for plan improvement and optimization to maximize program impact and ROI.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to align partner strategies with overall business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support partner initiatives and address partner needs and concerns.
  6. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Establish governance frameworks and processes to manage partner relationships effectively and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in partner management, business development, or related roles within the fleet management or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management principles, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
