Wieland is hiring a Director of Sales and Marketing. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for leading the sale and operations planning process for Recycling Procurement including sales. This role is located in Louisville, KY and will be fully on-site. While this role is local, occasional travel to other locations will be required (15-25% travel). 

Responsibilities

Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sale and Operations Planning process for Recycling Procurement including sales
• Assist the Commercial Managers of various verticals in developing market strategies for each market
• Support the VP of Recycling Procurement in developing metrics and scorecards for buyers (based on market strategies and financial goals) and holding them accountable
• Develop relationships with each internal customer site and lead trouble shooting efforts when quality or delivery performance issues arise.
• Ad hoc support for the VP of Recycling Procurement

Director of Sales and Marketing Qualifications:

• 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience in manufacturing – specifically, strategy, business development, sales, and/or supply chain
• Collaborative leader able to manage through influence as well as actual authority.
• Ability to quickly digest information and pivot based on an extremely dynamic market environment.
