Responsibilities
Must consistently provide excellent customer service experience.
Refer to electronic parts catalogues and parts manuals to identify the correct truck parts for specific make, model and year of truck.
Ability to locate the items from the warehouse and issue the parts and accessories to mechanics and to customers from the parts counter.
Must be able to locate availability of the parts if the dealer is out of stock.
Handle any questions from the customer regarding updates on their vehicles.
Handle customer pickup and drop offs of trucks.
Update repair orders with notes and schedule appointments for customers.
Cleanliness must be maintained in the work area.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Organizational skills and follow through.
Required to frequently lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.
and occasionally assist in lifting or moving up to 100 lbs.
using upper body strength and mechanical lifting equipment.
Required to spend long hours sitting or standing.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers, co-workers, and general public.
Must be self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable person.
Must possess the ability to follow instructions and to accept constructive feedback.
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Excel.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience in field.
Fork Truck License preferred.
Computer skills using ADP Dealer Management system and various OEM inventory catalogue programs preferred.
Heavy Duty Truck : 1 year (Preferred)
Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
Must be available for night shifts (4pm-12pm)
