Job Description:

The Production Technician works closely with our Implementation Team, Support, and Management. Production Technicians must ensure the success of WO Automation for Radio hardware provisioning. The Production Technician will play a critical role in the product’s success ensuring that receiving, assembling and Shipping of goods meet the high standards and specifications of the department while maintaining a rigorous delivery schedule.

Here is what success will look like:

• Works closely with our Implementation, Production, and Procurement teams handling the inventory needs of the department
• Responsible for processing receipt of goods, shipments, RMA’s, maintaining inventory counts, and inventory picks for assembly
• As the final gatekeeper, responsible for all goods that depart the warehouse, is properly accounted for and paperwork is completed
• Ensures that hardware is properly packed and shipment information is recorded and can provide domestic and international logistics when needed
• Responsible for recording asset records for system tracking and warranty verification
• Works closely with our Implementation Coordinator, provisioning systems according to customer specifications
• Maintain system images and ensures the quality and high technical standards are achieved for every system
• Provide software installation and configuration of systems prior to shipment
• Helps troubleshoot hardware issues as needed, both internally and externally
• Helps to provide technical standards and best practices to the Automation for Radio department

• Extensive understanding of computers, technology, and networking
• Prior inventory management experience is a must
• Accurate, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly develop relationships and is highly motivated by customer satisfaction and successful outcomes
• Proven experience in balancing and competing tasks in a rapidly changing environment and meeting tight deadlines
• Accustomed to making decisions with little supervision or direction with a “can-do, make-it-happen” attitude 
• Quick to admit, accept and learn from mistakes
• Ability to anticipate needs, plan ahead and act accordingly
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Fluency in MS Windows, Excel, and Word
• Must be able to lift >65lb delicate computer systems
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
