Job Description
WICKED GOOD BUTCHAH is looking for a Deli Manager to oversee our deli department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, accurate and timely food preparation and production schedule. You will be following store recipes to provide the same quality recipes both in flavor and presentation our customers expect. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are prepared in a safe and delicious way while meeting all quality standards. You will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing the employees working in the deli department. You will be responsible for ensuring the deli products are rotated properly to ensure quality and maintaining full shelves while keeping control of backstock and a low shrink number.
