Job Summary: As the Medical Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of patients throughout their clinic experience, from check-in to treatment to check-out. What You'll do:

* Greeting patients warmly and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

* Coordinating the care of each patient meticulously from their initial evaluation to discharge, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

* Managing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.

* Utilizing electronic scheduling systems to book appointments accurately and efficiently.

* Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

* Verifying and updating patients' personal and financial information to ensure accuracy.

* Maintaining organized patient charts and electronic medical records, upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.

* Collecting, processing, and accurately recording patient payments, and ensuring timely depositing of funds.

* Handling faxing, filing, and other administrative tasks as required, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in fulfilling responsibilities.

Qualifications:

* High school graduate or equivalent

* Must have 1 years of previous medical front office experience

* Excellent telephone skills

* Proficient in Word and Excel

* Previous experience with medical software preferred

* Available and flexible with your hours

* Close attention to detail

* Great time management and organizational skills

* Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
