The College of Health Professions (CHP) Dean's Office is inviting applications for a Budget and Accounting Specialist. This position reports to the CHP Business Manager and is responsible for maintaining currency with the University policy and processes which impact budget/financial operations; changes in the Human Resources systems; and providing direct support and training for CHP personnel who are responsible for budget/finance and personnel work within their units as needed to facilitate their ability to appropriately use University systems and procedures. Additionally, this position is responsible for the Dean’s Office day-to-day budget and financial activity including reconciliation of financial statements, purchasing and accounts payable; and will provide the record keeping required to manage appointments for lecturer and graduate teaching assistant positions in the CHP. This position will also participate on the Dean's leadership team.
