Wichita Family Dental is looking for an experienced dental insurance coordinator to join our team. Our team needs someone that can be accurate and punctual in billing claims. You would be someone striving to bring more positivity and productivity to our team.

The three Wichita Family Dental offices have been serving the people of Wichita since 2001. We have a team of 11 amazing doctors that take meticulous care of their patients. Our team can provide same day emergency appointments when life doesn’t go as planned. Each day we strive to provide the best service to you and each member within our area.

Dental insurance coordinators are primarily responsible for handling insurance claims.

Responsibilities include:

- Audit patient financial ledgers

- Processes claims, explanations of benefits, adjustments, and statements.

- Communication with insurance companies

- Weekly/monthly reporting on excel

- Detail oriented for documentation

- Ability to provide excellent patient care/customer service

- Team player that will support reception team with phones when needed

- Practice management software is Dentrix'

- Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger

Dental Insurance Coordinators have varying schedules and will be determined upon hire.

You will be offered compensation ranging from $15 to $23 per hour along with great benefits in health, vision, and dental insurances.

Experience:

• Dental: 1 year (Preferred)
• CDT Coding: 1 year (Preferred)
• ICD-10 Coding: 1 year (Preferred)
