Job Dutiesand Responsibilities :

Answers phones and emails schedulesand confirms appointments and inputs customer data into companysystems

Organizes workflow and appointmentsby reading and routing correspondence collecting customerinformation and managingassignments

Manages department schedule bymaintaining calendars for department personnel and arrangingmeetings conferences teleconferences andtravel

Keeps equipment operational byfollowing manufacturer instructions and establishedprocedures

Secures information by completingdatabase backups

Provides historical reference byutilizing filing and retrievalsystems

Contributes to team effort byaccomplishing related results as needed.
