DutiesandResponsibilities :

Roles& Responsibilities

Research Create and Executeexceptional itineraries for clients

Review individualsneeds and wants for travel to ensure you can cater a trip speciallydesigned to meet their needs

Complete ongoing trainingto earn and maintain certification to book travel

Attendongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specializedwith specific destinations

Review budgets and plan tripsaccording to clients budget constraints

Createpromotional materials to utilize

Book travel needs(airline car rental hotel accommodations cruise ticket / event salesetc )

Handle issues that may arise during the bookingsand / or travel for clients

Network with tour operatorsregarding packages that you can possibly offer toclients

Part Time or Fulltime

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work withinthe US.

Must be able to effectively communicate withclients (strong sales background a plus)

Must have asmartphone with internet access laptop recommend but notrequired

Personal travel experience is a huge plushowever not required

Previous experience in customerservice or hospitality also a plus but notrequired
