Part-time work, must be available some Sundays. Depending on scheduling needs, this may be anywhere from 1-4 days a week along with other opportunities to fill-in as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Operate cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawer.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and neat appearance throughout the shop.
• Ensure that every product and size is stocked.
• Use downtime to clean and find ways to make the shop look welcoming.
• Find meaningful ways to introduce products to increase purchases per transaction.
• Always being attentive to customers even when working on other tasks for the shop.
• Remain flexible and excited for whatever comes your way!

• Take pride in cleanliness and aesthetics of the shop
• Customer service and/or retail related experience is required.
• Must be motivated, organized, and possess great attention-to-detail.
• Must be professional and represent the WILWIL brand in communication and action.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
