Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of clients by supervising the home environment.
-Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as making/changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning kitchen and bathroom, laundry.
- Provide companionship through social interactions, engaging in conversations, emotional support, and encouraging stimulating activities.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, run errands, assist with shopping, and facilitate outings as outlined in care plan.
- Collaborate with the Care Team, offering valuable input and suggestions.
-Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and practices to deliver services effectively.
- Monitor clients and their surroundings, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions to the Home Care Manager/Administrator or Designee.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations, and direct service hours.
