We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates.
Position: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Ankeny, IA
Age Requirement: 16 years or older
Availability: Nights and weekends required

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and pet care needs
- Educate customers about the benefits of our natural pet food and grooming products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Assist with miscellaneous store tasks, such as receiving shipments -including lifting up to 40 pounds
Qualifications:
- Passion for pets and commitment to their well-being
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Dependable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Pet nutrition general knowledge is a plus
- Must be willing to adapt to our philosophy on care and feeding of pets
