Summary/Objective
The Driver position is responsible for making deliveries to new and existing customers within the electrical product markets of the branch location, as well as basic warehouse duties.

Working conditions
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet while in the warehouse, or moderately loud when in the field.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and walk.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. The employee must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional overtime work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day.
