Whole Health Concord, PLLC is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Concord, NH

Shift/hours- Tuesday thru Thursday, 9am-5pm

Job Description:

A Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing day-to-day support by performing administrative tasks and ensuring high quality customer service to our patients. The receptionist manages the front of the office, including billing support, scheduling, patient communication, process prescriptions and filing.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients and collect payment.
  • Responsible for Telehealth checkouts for all providers.
  • Check out patients and schedule appointments and help with supplement sales.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Collect patients’ personal information.
  • Validate payment methods and medical insurance coverage.
  • Accurately prepare and maintain patients’ medical records.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • Empathy and compassion to give support to patients.
  • Medical Office experience a plus
  • Quickbooks and Microsoft Office experience a plus

Education/Experience

  • High School or GED
  • Medical Assistant Diploma preferred.
  • 1-year Medical Assistant experienced preferred
  • 1-year administrative experience preferred.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
