WHITWERX LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay is $50 to $75 per hour

Requirements:

1.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

3. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

8. Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.

9. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, initiate, and oversee projects from conception to completion.

2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

4. Allocate resources and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.

5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

6. Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders.

7. Lead project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

8. Conduct project post-mortem reviews and create lessons learned documentation.

9. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
