Receptionist - Weekends - Salary range $15.00 to $17.85/hourWeekendsMorning shift - 9am-2pmEvening shift - 2pm-8pmFree Covid-19 Vaccine clinics available to all employeesPrimary Responsibilities:• Greets and directs visitors, ensuring that all visitors and vendors sign in the visitor/vendor log.• Operates telephone switchboard ‐ answers, screens and transfers telephone calls in a courteous professional manner.• Takes and relays accurate messages.• Sorts mail to appropriate departments.• Performs light clerical assignments as assigned by the Lead Receptionist and as requested by various departments (i.e. typing, sorting, preparing mailings, etc.).• Comes to work clean and neat, consistently presents a professional appearance.• Provides coverage for Lead Receptionist on an as needed basis.Prerequisites:• Previous switchboard experience preferred.• Must have typing skills and knowledge of basic office procedures.• Possesses the ability to deal with staff, visitors, and residents in a professional, compassionate manner.• Must be able to multi task.Walk-ins are welcome!To apply for this position, please fill out the form below.
