- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting upgrading and selling the right products and services
- Assisting with installing, repairing, servicing new and existing systems and other related service calls
- Assist to troubleshoot and solve customers’ various plumbing needs
- Accurate and timely with invoices, time cards and system notes
- Minimum 1 year of previous plumbing experience
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to travel
- Comfortable using technology in the field, text messaging and phone apps
- Own set of hand tools is preferred
