Requirements
As a part of the Life Enrichment Team, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and be motivated to provide excellent service to our community members. Must possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and enjoy working in a multi-functional team.
Education:
High-school diploma or equivalent.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of one year experience in working with members with brain change/ memory support and/or in the skilled care industry preferred.
The ability to be adaptable to ongoing change and work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Ability to work a variety of different hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Condition of Employment:
Candidate must successfully complete Pre-Employment Medical Clearance consisting of a Physical, PPD, Drug Test.
