Water Street, the gift boutique located in Whitmore Ace in Mokena, IL, is looking for a positive, outgoing, customer orientated associate to join its team. Retail experience preferred.
Summary/Objective: Associates work as part of a team to offer outstanding customer service and provide a unique shopping experience for our customers.
Essential Functions:

• Greeting and Assisting and making a connection with customers
• Asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs
• Providing information on the products we carry in our stores
• Assisting with merchandising products and routine store maintenance
• Participate in ongoing product and job knowledge and customer service skills training

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
