Responsibilities:

• Lead, schedule, and coordinate the regional technical team's activities.
• Travel to regional stores for repairs and new equipment installations.
• Diagnose and repair car wash equipment.
• Initiate and lead store-level preventive maintenance to optimize store operations.
• Communicate repair statuses effectively with the operations team.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain building systems (plumbing, mechanical, electrical).
• Independently address maintenance, operations, and equipment performance issues.

• Experienced in managing low voltage motor controls.
• Available for occasional after-hours service calls.
• Demonstrates strong mechanical skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, capable of working independently with minimal to no guidance.
• Fundamental knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including repair techniques.
• Effective coordination and communication skills with contractors and vendors.
• Reliable transportation for travel between store locations is required.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving history review.
• Valid vehicle insurance is mandatory.
