Job Summary
The primary function of the Outside Parts Sales Representative is parts merchandising within an assigned territory while always exceeding the customer’s expectations and to be part of a high-performance team! This individual must be motivated, resourceful, personable, a problem solver, ethical, and possess strong selling and closing skills. A successful Sales Representative continuously maintains excellent working relationships with customers while constantly offering solutions and delivering value. Effective time-management, persistence, dedication, account planning skills, and teamwork ensure success in this role as well.
