Description
We are looking for a skilled accountant to play a key role in our growing team. You'll be responsible for recording all our financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, and posting information to accounting journals and QuickBooks. Responsibilities
•Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations
•Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
•Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers
•Bookkeeping: Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports
•Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner
Qualifications

•Full Cycle Month End Close responsibly experience
Basics:
•General Ledger / Journal Entries
•AR/AP, Bookkeeping, etc.
•Maintenance of PP&E
•Prepaids and Accruals
•Full reconciliations
•Cash, AR, Prepaids, Inventory, Fixed Assets, AP, Accrued Expenses, Long-term liabilities and Equity
•Intercompany accounts (This can be taught, more of a "nice" than a must)
•Financial Statement preparation and review
•Flux Analysis / Budget to actuals analysis
•Able to see the big picture and know if things are right
•Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and "do" the work
•Not above doing anything that needs to be done i.e. administrative office work in addition to accounting/finance

•Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
•Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
•Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
•Must have 2 or more years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a management accountant, bookkeeper, cost accountant or similar
