JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, organize and coordinate the payroll process for assigned office locations in multiple states.
- Processing semi-monthly and monthly payroll
- Calculate various payroll computations including overtime, hourly, vacation balances, prorated pay, garnishments, taxable benefits, etc.
- Audit and monitor time-keeping records.
- Participation in the implementation and / or upgrades of systems associated with core responsibilities.
- Assist senior accountants with researching month-end payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate records and files.
- Perform a variety of responsible office support work such as reporting in Excel.
REQUIREMENTS :
- A minimum of 3 years of Payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience using ADP payroll software.
- Skill in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work within deadlines.
- Problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
