Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train and supervise staff on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Manage payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
To work along team in the trenches as needed to complete the work needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably as a store manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations.
