Job Summary:
As an Automotive BDC Representative at White's Auto Mall in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing communication with potential and existing automotive customers through various channels. You will act as a liaison between customers and the dealership, helping to generate leads and increase sales. This is a full-time, hourly position in the fast-paced automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to effectively communicate promotions, incentives, and product updates
- Accurately record and update customer information in the dealership's CRM system
- Schedule appointments and follow-up with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have
- Meet or exceed performance goals set by the dealership
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Utilize dealership's software and tools to effectively manage and track customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive products, features, and technology to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to dealership's customer service and communication standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
