White Rabbit Dessert Experience is Hiring a Key Holder Near West, FL
White Rabbit is a modern and family friendly dine-in dessert restaurant with over 100 dessert items on the menu. Where all our desserts, are made to order.
We're looking for friendly and outgoing individuals who to join our team! Students are welcome to apply, we offer flexible weeknight and weekend schedule. Location: Flamingo Crossings - 153 Sugar Belle Drive, near Disney World.
As Shift Lead/Assistant Manager position you would be responsible for:
- Building a positive and inclusive work culture
- Maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Assisting with managing day to day operations including: opening/closing shifts, ensuring staff complete assigned tasks, cash handling, etc.
- Prep work; making ice cream, batters, sauces, etc.
- Assisting the General Manager with admin work as needed; scheduling, inventory, ordering, etc.
- Assisting with hiring and training new employees
What we are looking for:
- Friendly and POSITIVE attitude
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Clean cut professional appearance
- Ability to work at a fast pace and reliable
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and be well-organized.
- Must be 18
Store Hours:
- Mon - Thu: 2pm - 11pm
- Fri: 2pm - 12am
- Sat: 12pm - 12am
- Sun: 12pm - 11pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
