Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in all weather and at heights on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
-Show up every day with a good attitude and readiness to work and learn

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
