1. Familiar with Kitchen operations in a health care environment.
2. Knowledge of Nutritional Services, practices, procedures and guidelines pertaining to health care facilities.
3. Must not pose a threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
4. The ability to relate to long-term care individuals’ needs.
5. The ability to carry out assigned tasks to completion.
6. Expresses initiative and creativity.
7. Maintains a responsible and positive attitude.
8. Must be a team player, able to work independently, and with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
9. Good communication skills; must understand English; written, oral and listening.
