White Oak Manor Kings Mountain is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our 154 bed long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility. We are located at 716 Sipes Street, Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
The Maintenance Supervisor cares, maintains, and repairs institutional property, equipment, and grounds. Must have a working knowledge of boilers compressors, generators, motorized machinery, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must be able to read and follow building codes, blueprints, ordinances, and other local, state, and federal laws.
