An ideal candidate will be offered a $10,000 sign-on bonus and generous, total compensation package and should have:
- current/recent LTC experience, leading on the front lines of a Long-Term Skilled Nursing Facility.
- a proven knack for team building, and re-establishing rapport on and off Campus, within the local community.
- a proactive approach, visibly leading on the front lines.
- an active/unencumbered state license.
