White Oak of Columbia is a 120-bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from Prisma Medical Center. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation.

Positions Available: Full-time and Part-time

Job Hours: Full Time is 6:00am-2:00pm and the Part Time would have flexible hours
