White Mountain Regional Medical Center is Hiring a PRN - Laboratory Services Near Springerville, AZ
Type: PRN
Under the general supervision of the Laboratory Manager or Laboratory Supervisor, the Courier is responsible for the pick-up, transportation and delivery of laboratory specimens and supplies.
This position is safety sensitive and subject to WMRMC’s Drug & Alcohol Policy
Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Licensees & Certifications
Current and Valid driver license for the vehicle being operated and an acceptable driving record as verified by the Department of Motor Vehicles
Qualifications
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a problem solver
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Friendly, courteous, and attentive
Strong knowledge base of HIPAA
Knowledge of PC applications including EMR
Ability to have versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
