Assist with maintaining the hotel by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
Flexible AM - PM.
- Replace air conditioner filters and preventive maintenance on all units and all mechanicals.
- Tend to air conditioners, cooling towers and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.
Qualifications
- HVAC knowledge a plus.
- Experience with commercial properties preferred.
