What You'll Do
* The Assistant Director of Housekeeping assists in overseeing the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, including Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors
* Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office to ensure effective communication for operational issues
* Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
* Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
* Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

* Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
