Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious craft beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for bartending and enjoy working in at times a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices

- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system (e.g., Toast POS)

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events

- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or complaints

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry

- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques

- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Toast POS, for order processing and payment handling

- Strong sales skills to upsell products and maximize revenue

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
