Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Armed Security Officer to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, personnel, and assets. This is a critical role that requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any potential security threats
- Monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV systems to identify any suspicious activities
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizing entry
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, documenting all findings
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities

Requirements:
- Valid CPR certification and First Aid training
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement
- Ability to handle firearms safely and responsibly (must possess necessary permits/licenses)
- Strong conflict management skills to deescalate tense situations effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity and professionalism
