Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive personal care to patients under the guidance of the nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing patients.
• Frequently communicate with patients, encouraging and comforting them in their medical journey.
• Ensure proper patient monitoring, record vital signs, and update patient health charts accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient's areas while guaranteeing factors like bed linen, patient clothing, and room amenities are well sanitized.
• Assist with medical procedures and follow healthcare and safety protocols.
• Develop and build a healthy relationship with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• 18 years old and above
